What We Do

We assist families who have adopted children from Ethiopia in searching for Ethiopian birth family.  After we determine whether we can build a profitable search on available information, extensive research and required travel is undertaken.

Services include:
1.  Research and translation of Ethiopian court documents to aid in search.

2.  Translation of documents sent to birth family (letters, questions, etc.).

3.  Around 50 photographs of birth family and surroundings (sent via e-mail).

4.  DVD footage of birth family, portions of visit, pertinent locations as indicated by physical search (sent via traveling family or post office).

5.  Answers to questions asked by adoptive family to birth family and translation of answers.

6.  Possible facilitation of birth to adoptive family online meeting through Skype (if desired and where available).

7.  Caring, compassionate, experienced staff with a heart for adoption and a sensitivity and dedication to the work they perform.

We help adoptive parents to have information on the present status of the biological families.  We help to clear information and confusions and develop true biography.  We also help to update information.  We let adoptive parents be introduced with new born brothers and sisters of their birth family.  We give feedback for some family information inquiries to investigate if there is hereditary disease, generational problems and  e.t.c.  This helps in advanced care and proper management of family cases.
